※Ingredients/재료
-Scallions/쪽파 : 500 g
-Fish Sauce,Anchovy/멸치액젓 : 50 mL
-Plum Juice/매실액 : 75 mL
-Chili Powder/고춧가루 : 3 tbsp
-Sesame Seed/통깨 : 1 tbsp
-Crushed Garlic/다진마늘 : 1 tbsp

1.PREPARING SCALLIONS
ⓐPeel and Trim dead leaves off
ⓑWash off soiling on the surface in cold water
ⓒDrain water at this time
2.PRESERVE IN ANCHOVY FISH SAUCE
ⓐPlace washed scallions and add fish sauce
ⓑLet Stand for only 10 minutes.
3.MAKE KIMCHI MARINADE
-Add seasoning ; ①chili powder②sesame seed③plum juice④crushed garlic and mix well
4.Make 'Scallions Kimchi'
-Add marinade and toss mixed with marinade. That's it!

1.쪽파를 깨끗이 손질해주세요
ⓐ쪽파의 시든 부분을 잘 벗기고 다듬어주셔요
ⓑ찬물에 깨끗이 씻은 후 물기를 잘 빼 놓으시면 되요
2.쪽파를 절여주셔요
ⓐ씻은 쪽파에 멸치액젓을 더해줍니다
ⓑ‘10분’ 정도 만 절여 두시면 되요
3.양념 만들기
-고춧가루(3tbsp),통깨(1tbsp),매실액(75ml),마늘(1tbsp) 넣은 후 잘 섞어주시면 간단하게 완성 되었어요
4.김치 버무리기
-멸치액젓에 10분간 절여둔 쪽파에 양념을 더해 잘 버무려주시면 파김치가 간단히 완성되었어요. 어렵지 않아요 ㅋ
