#필리핀 몰에서 한국식 삼겹살을 주문하는법(사이즈관련), How to order Samgyubsal,korea food stuff at the mall in the philippines(about meat size)   세부에도 한국음식점이 꽤 있고, 한국 식료품점을 가도 쉽게 삼겹살을 찾을 수 있습니다. 단, 문제는 비싸다는 거죠. 보통 1인분에 250~300php , 한국 돈으로 7300~9000원, 한국과 다를바가 없네요. 문제는 몰에서 파는 삼겹살 부위, 즉 Pork Belly 가 너무 두껍다는데 있습니다.  이들의 조리방식은 숯불에 구워먹는 BBQ로 시간이 오래걸리죠. 배고프면 성질급해지는 저는 바로 프라이팬에 촤자작 구워먹는게 제 맛인데 말입니다. 그나마 푸엔테 로빈슨 몰(Fuente Robinson mall)은 팩에 삼겹살처럼 얇은 고기를 팔지만 그것 또한 베이컨 이죠. 자 그럼, 몰에가서 요청하세요. Pork Belly(삼겹살) 부분을 얄팍하게 짤라달라고 하면됩니다.   냉동고기 덩어리입니다. 썰어달라고 하니고기를 꺼내옵니다. 참고하실 부분으로 보통 하루 판매 예상치를 잡고 고기를 썰어놓기 때문에 일찍이 가셔야 덜 바쁘고, 사이즈게 맞게 썰어줍니다. 25~35사이즈 로 짤라달라고 요청하시면 됩니다.^^ (개인취향에 맞게요, 참고로 베이컨 사이즈가 15 라고 합니다.) 열심히 썰고 있는데, 고기가 얼어 잘 안썰리나 봅니다.   요렇게 완성되었습니다. 사실 저부위는 Pork Belly 가 아니구요.(사이즈25) 고기를 삼겹살에 맞게 썰어달라고 하실때, 사이즈를 알려드리기위해 포스팅한 글입니다.한국인 기준에서 삽겹살 사이즈는 30정도가 적당해 보입니다.집에서 저렴하게 드려보세요. 포스팅 마칩니다.
