Simply, A clear soup with boiled radish. This soup is so refreshing! It makes a great nutritious and healthy meal to the whole family. Especially, boiled radish produced in winter is more delicious. Enjoy with my mom's recipe!(๑˃˂๑)

※Ingredients(재료) -Brisket and Flank/소고기양지 : 300g -Radish/무 : 800g -Spring Onion/파 : 50g -Anchovy Meat Broth/멸치육수 : 1.7liter -Sesame Oil/참기름 : 1tbsp -Crushed Garlic/다진마늘 : 1tbsp -Soy Sacue/간장 : 1tbsp -Pepper/후추 : a pinch of -Mirim or Cooking Wine/맛술 : 1tbsp -Salt/소금 : 1/2tbsp

1.PREPARING RADISH,800g & BEEF,300g/재료준비하기! -Cutting ①Radish②Beef good size in one bite as your preference /기호에 맞게 혹은 먹기 좋은 싸이즈로 ①무②소고기를 잘라주세요
2.MARINATE BRISKET AND FLANK,300g. -Marinate it with ①Sesame-Oil②Crushed Garlic③Soy Sauce④Pepper for 10 minutes
/쇠고기 양지를 ①참기름②다진마늘③간장④후추에 10분간 재워두세요.
3.BOILING SOUP FOR 20 minutes -Add chopped radish&Marinated Beef and fry them together lightly/ 참기름에 준비한 무와 재운 쇠고기를 넣고 살짝 볶아주세요. -Pour the anchovy kelp broth and boiling for 20mins /멸치 육수를 넣고 20분간 끓여주세요!! -Possible to add spring onion as your preference /기호에 따라 파를 넣어 드시면 좋아요!!! 끝!
