:::::: About 'Sanjeok‘ ::::::
'Sanjeok' is a type of skewered food in Korean cuisine. It is usually made by placing seasoned slices of beef with vegetables on a skewer and grilling or pan-frying them.All the ingredients are sliced into 5–6 cm (2.0–2.4 in) long pieces. Unlike other jeok dishes, sanjeok is not dredged with flour or egg-washed before being grilled or pan-fried. 'Sanjeok' may be used in 'ancestral rites' or eaten as banchan as a side dish. -Beef(eye of round)홍두깨살 : 330 g
-Crab Meat/맛살 : 500 g
-Ham/햄 : 200 g
-King Oyster Mushroom/새송이버섯 : 150 g
-Shishito Pepper/꽈리고추 : 250g
-Burdock/우엉 : 600 g
-Fish Cake/어묵(opt) : 500 g
-Soy Sauce/간장 : 4 oz
-Egg/달걀 : 16
-Flour/밀가루 : 8 cups

1.PREPARING INGREDIENTS
ⓐPeel and wash the Burdock off
ⓑCut ingredients ; ①crab meat②burdock③ham④fish cake⑤mushroom into 4-5cm (1½-2in) pieces
2.Boiling 'beef','burdock' with soy sauce
ⓐCover with water and add soy sauce
ⓑBoiling burdock for 30 minutes
ⓒIn case of beef,boiling only 10 minutes
3.Make 'Sanjeok'
-Slide pieces of each of the ingredients ; ①crab meat②burdock③ham④fish cake⑤mushroom⑥shishito⑦beef onto the skewers
4.Pan-Fry 'Sanjeok'
ⓐPreparing egg mixture&flour
ⓑDip Coated 'Sanjeok' with flour in egg mixture
ⓒPlace over medium heat,cook until both sides turns light brown.So than,, Done!

1.‘재료준비’
ⓐ우엉 ‘껍질’을 까 깨끗이 씻어두세요
ⓑ‘맛살’,‘우엉’,‘햄’,‘어묵’,‘버섯’을 4~5 cm 정도로 잘라 준비해 놓습니다
2.재료 ‘졸이기’
ⓐ‘우엉’이 잠길 정도로 물을 부어주세요
ⓑ‘간장’을 더해 30분간 끓여줍니다
ⓒ‘소고기’를 넣고 역시 10분 간 똑같이 끓여주세요
3.꼬지 만들기
-앞서 준비한 재료를 꼬지에 꽂아 준비해 놓습니다
4.재료굽기
ⓐ‘계란’을 풀어주세요
ⓑ‘밀가루’에 묻혀 양면이 ‘노릇노릇’할 때까지 구워주시면 맛있는 명절 음식‘산적’이 완성됩니다 ! ! !
