※Ingredients(재료) -Pork Belly/돼지고기(보쌈용) : 1.2kg -Ripened Kimchi/묵은지 : 750g -Onion/양파 : 160g -Chili/고추 : 4 -Spring Onion/파 : 60g -Anchovy Meat Broth/멸치육수 : 1.2liter -Crushed Garlic/다진마늘 : 1tbsp -Chili Powder/고춧가루 : 2tbsp

1.Brasied pork with age kimchi ⓐPlace 'ripened kimchi'&'ground pork' and pour the anchovy kelp broth into the pot. /'신김ㅊㅣ'와 '돼지고기'를 넣고 '멸치육수'를 부어주세요!
ⓑAdd 'chili powder' and braising for 1 hours /'고춧가루'를 더한 후 1시간 정도 끓여주세요
ⓒEnd with vegetable ①Onion②chopped chili③spring onion /갖은 채소를 넣고 마무리합니다. ※Note! Reduce heat and boil gently only 5 minutes. / 불을 줄이고 5분간 만 살짝 끓이세요.
