:::::: About 'Royal Stir-fried Rice Cake' ::::::

Long cylinder-shaped tteok(garae-tteok) cut into pieces and stir-fried with beef, shitake mushrooms, onion and carrots in a sweet soy sauce mixture. This dish traditionally served in the royal court. Especially, it was made as a snack of the prince and the princess in the old palace, and also the king's table. It's also called 'soy sauce Tteok-bokki' because it is made without using kochujang(red pepper paste)

※Ingredients(재료) -Beef Brisket/차돌박이 : 150g -Rice Cake/떡볶이용‘떡’ : 240g -Fish Cake/어묵 : 200g -Oyster Mushroom/느타리버섯 : 90g -Carrot/당근 : 35g -Onion/양파 : 120g -Spring Onion/파 : 50g -Boiled Egg/삶은달걀[opt] : 2 -Sugar/설탕 : 1tbsp -Honey/꿀 : 3tbsp -Cooking Oil/식용유 : 2tbsp -Sesame Oil/참기름 : 1/2tbsp+1tbsp -Sesame Seed/통깨 : 1/2tbsp -Crushed Garlic/다진마늘 : 1tbsp -Soy Sauce/간장 : 3tbsp


※Details

 1.Marinate beef brisket for 10mins. ⓐAdd ingredients ①Soy Sauce②Sugar③Sesame-Oil and mix well season to taste /차돌박이에 ①간장②설탕③참기름을 넣고 양념이 잘 베이도록 섞어주세요! ⓑMarinate beef for 10 minutes /10분 간 양념을 재워둡니다
