1.PREPARING SPRING ONION/CHILI/ONION. -Please chopped ingredients;①onion②chili③spring onion/ 양파,고추,파를 썰어 준비해 놓습니다.
2.PREPARING TOFU, CUT&SALT/두부를 썰고 소금 간 해주세요
3.RECIPE TOFU MARINADE ⓐPlace prepared ingredients in a bowl/ 앞서 썰어놓은 재료를 그릇에 넣어 줍니다. ⓑMake a marinade ; add ①soy sauce②crushed garlic③chili powder④sugar⑤sesame-oil⑥ground sesame and mix well/ 간장,다진마늘 등을 넣어 양념장을 만들어줍니다!
4.STIR FRY TOFU,ADD SEASONING. ⓐPut cooking oil in the frying pan and frying tofu/ 식용유를 팬에 두른 후 두부를 구워주세요.
※After heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat/ 기름을 두른 후 약간 센 중불에 두세요 :-)
ⓑPlace the fried tofu after switch to a new pan/ 새 팬으로 바꾼 후 구운 두부를 깔아주세요. ⓒAdd marinade and pour the water. Just braising only 5 minutes/ 만들어 놓 양념을 넣고 물을 부어주세요. 딱 5분만 졸아주시면 완성!
