:::::: About 'Cold Cucumber&Seaweed Soup' :::::: Hi. Today i'm going to show you how to make a cold cucumber and seaweed soup. It is a representative dish that can be eaten coolly on a hot summer day. Cucumbers have a strong effect on stomach and intestines. It is also particularly good in summer with a lot of water discharge by controlling thirst. You can easily make it by putting seaweed in chilled cucumber soup. Enjoy with my mom's recipe.

※Ingredients(재료) -Cucumber/오이 : 230g -Dried Sea Mustard/마른미역 : 5g -Onion/양파 : 70g -Chili/고추 : red(1)+green(1) -Spring Onion/파 : 50g -Anchovy Meat Broth/멸치육수 : 1.2liter -Salt/소금 : 1tsp -Soy Sauce/간장 : 2tbsp -Sugar/설탕 : 3tbsp -Crushed Garlic/다진마늘 : 1/2tbsp -Vinegar/식초 : 5tbsp -Ground Sesame/깨소금 : 1tbsp

1.Soaking dried seaweed ⓐSoak Dried-Seaweed in water for 5 minutes. /마른 미역을 물에 5분정도 불려주세요 ⓑRinse it out 2 times in cold water /찬물에 2회정도 씻어주세요!
2.Preparing cucumber,230g/오이를 채썰어 두세요
3.Recipe cold cucumber&seaweed soup ⓐAdd the ingredients ①shred cucumber②soaked seaweed③spring onion④onion⑤chili into bowl/채썬 오이 등을 그릇에 넣어주세요 ⓑPour the anchovy kelp broth and mix well/멸치육수를 넣고 잘 섞어주세요 ※Note! You can put water instead of broth /멸치 육수 대신 일반 '물'을 넣어도 괜찮아요 ⓒEnd with ①crushed garlic②salt③soy sauce④ground sesame⑤vinegar⑥sugar /①다진마늘②소금③간장④깨소금⑤식초⑥설탕 등을 넣고 마무리해주세요
