:::::: About 'Fried Dried Pollack' :::::: Hi.Guy. Today menu is Fried Dried-Pollack. It's a traditional dish and popular as a main dish which as goes well with SO-JU in the winter season. If you like liquor, taste better.
:::::: What is Dried Pollack? :::::: It is dried Pollack, but not just dried.In the mountains below -10 °C, they are repeatedly frozen and melted. After removing the intestines, it is dried for 40 ~ 90 days in an extremely cold place.In this process, the pollack grows swollen and then repeats itself and becomes yellowish.

※Ingredients(재료)
-Dried Pollack/황태포 : 100g(2fish) -Onion/양파 : 350g -Plum Liquid/매실액 : 1tbsp -Mirim/미림 : 1/2tbsp -Red Chili Paste/고추장 : 2tbsp -Soy Sauce/간장 : 2tbsp -Sugar/설탕 : 1tbsp -Crushed Garlic/다진마늘 : 1/2tbsp -Chili Powder/고춧가루 : 1tbsp -Starch/녹말 : 1tbsp -Perilla Oil/들기름 : 1tbsp
※Details 1.Preparing dried pollack -Please cut off the head and tail/ 황태의 꼬리와 머리부분을 잘라 준비해두세요 2.Marinate dried pollack -Coat the dried pollack with grated onion. Let Stand for about 10 minutes/ 강판에 간 양파를 황태에 펴발라 10분동안 나둡니다.
3.Marinade,Recipe -Add ①soy sauce②mirim③plum juice④perilla oil⑤crushed garlic⑥sugar⑦chili powder⑧red chili paste and mix well/ 간장, 미림등을 넣어 잘 섞어주세요(영상참조)
4.MARINATE,FRY DRIED POLLACK IN OIL
ⓐCoat the marinated pollack with starch/ 양파에 절여놓은 황태에 전분을 뿌려놓으세요 ⓑPut cooking oil in the frying pan, cook unitil both sides turns light brown/ 프라이팬에 식용유를 두른 후 양면히 노릇노릇해질때까지 황태를 구워줍니다. ⓒBrush several times with marinade during cooking and cook over low heat for 3-5 minutes/ 양념을 몇번 바른 후, 낮은 불에 3~5분 정도 더 꾸워주시면 끝!
