HI.Guy. Stuffed-Squid is a special product of Sokcho, Gangwon-do, filling the inside of squid. Before the Korean War, in Hamkyung Province, leftover food such as rice and dried Radish Leaves were stuffed in squid. Since the 1960s, Squids are filled with stuffing of chopped up tenticles, vegetables and meat or sweet rice.It makes an excellent Main dish for meals or liquor. Hope you to enjoy.

※Ingredients(재료) -Squid/오징어 : 500g=4 squid -Ground Beef/쇠고기다짐육 : 150g -Korean Leek/부추 : 60g -Tofu/두부 : 150g -Carrot/당근 : 40g -Onion/양파 : 90g -Chili/고추 : red(1)+green(1) -Egg/달걀 : 1 -Oyster Sauce/굴소스 : 1tbsp -Flour/밀가루 : 2tbsp -Starch/전분 : 1tbsp -Soy Sauce/간장 : 1tbsp -Salt/소금 : 1tsp -Pepper/후추 : 1/2tsp -Sesame Oil/참기름 : 1tbsp+1tsp -Crushed Garlic/다진마늘 : 1tbsp+1tsp ※Details
1.Seasoning ground beef,150g ⓐSeason the beef with ①crushed Garlic②pepper③sesame-oil/ ①다진마늘②후추③참기름을 더해 고기를 양념해주세요 ⓑMix well and season to taste/잘 섞어주세요
2.Preparing all the ingredients ⓐDrain the bean curd well on paper towels/ 두부의 물기를 꽉 짜 준비해 두세요 ⓑChop the ingredients ①squid leg②chili③carrot④leek⑤onion finely/ ①오징어다리②고추③당근④부추⑤양파를 곱게 다져두세요. 3.Recipe meat filling -Mix them together and add ①crushed garlic②pepper③salt④oyster sauce⑤soy sauce⑥sesame oil⑦starch⑧flour⑨egg/위 재료를 넣고 섞어줍니다(영상참고) 4.Stuff each squid with the filling
ⓐCoat inside squid with starch/전분을 오징어 속에 묻혀 주세요
ⓑFill about 2/3 of the squid tube/속재료를 2/3정도만 채워줄 것! [Note]Fill about 2/3 of the squid tube and shape it to make sure the stuffing is well spread out. 5.Steaming stuffed squid, 15~20 minutes/ 15분~20분 정도 오징어 순대를 쪄주면 완성됩니다.
