오늘 메뉴는 생선조림,비빔밥,쌈밥 소스 등으로 사용될 수 있는 다용도 양념 ‘만능 볶음 고추장’이에요. 달지 않고, 풍미가 있지요. 특히, 느끼한 고기 음식에 넣어 볶으면 간편하게 요리할 수 있습니다. 고추장 대신 쓰실 땐 약간 탄내가 나기 시작 할 때 까지만 볶아주셔요.

This sauce having an all-round capability that can be used for simmered fish, bibimbap and Ssambap a/k/a Leaf Wraps and Rice. Especially, It should not be sweet, but rather savory and very spicy and they have a nice flavor too. You can easily cook it with this sauce when you stir-fry an oily meat dish. Enjoy with mom's recipe.

※Ingredients(재료) -Ground Pork /간돼지고기 : 300g -Shiitake Mushroom/표고버섯 : 70g -Onion/양파 : 140g -Chili/고추 : red(1)+green(3) -Chives/부추 : 50g -Zucchini/애호박 : 150g -Carrot/당근 : 50g -Cooking Oil/식용유 : 1tbsp -Pepper/후추 : a pinch of -Red Chili Paste/고추장 : 6tbsp -Crushed Garlic/다진마늘 : 2tbsp -Chili Powder/고춧가루 : 2tbsp -Plum Juice/매실액 : 1tbsp
