You try, you will love me  ƪ( ˘ ⌣˘ )ʃ  Sge Bye! *My Home Recipe in Korea/韓國料理 #夹料黄瓜泡菜 #キュウリキムチ #오이소박이김치 ※Ingredients(재료) -Cucumber/오이 : 5 -Chives/부추 : 300g -Onion/양파 : 160g -Carrot/당근 : 120g -Coarse Salt/굵은소금 : 30g -Curhsed Garlic/다진마늘 : 2tbsp -Sugar/설탕 : 2tbsp -Salt/소금 : 1/2tbsp -Salted Shrimp/새우젓 : 2tbsp -Red Pepper Powder/고춧가루 : 1cup(8oz) -Sesame Seed/통깨 : 2tbsp -Fish Sauce(Anchovy)/멸치액젓 : 3tbsp ※Details 1.BLANCH CUCUMBER ONLY 20 SECONDS ⓐCover with water, add 1 tbsp of salt/ 오이가 잠길 정도로만 물을 붓고, 소금 1tbsp 넣어주세요 ⓑBlanch cucumber in hot water for 20 seconds only/ 뜨거운 물에 딱! 20초 정도만 넣어 데쳐줍니다 ⓒCold cucumber under cold water/ 찬물에 식혀 두세요. ※ 오이를 살짝 데쳐 두시면, 아삭아삭 함을 오래 즐기 실 수 있어요. 2.SPLIT,SALT CUCUMBER ONLY 30 MINS ⓐCut and split the cucumber lengthways/ 오이 위 아래를 자른 후 길게 십자를 홈을 파주세요 ⓑA layer of cucumber sprinkles salt/소금이 잘 베이도록 겹겹히 뿌려주세요. ⓒSalting only 30 minutes/30분 정도 절여둡니다. 3.PREPARING KIMCHI FILLING ; ①Chives②onion③Carrot/ 김치 속 재료 ; ①부추②양파③당근을 준비해 둡니다 4.RECIPE KIMCHI SEASONING ⓐPut all ingredients in a large mixing bowl/ 준비한 재료를 큰 대야에 넣어주시구요 ⓑMake a seasoning ; ①Fish sauce②salted shrimp③crushed garlic④sugar⑤chili powder⑥salt⑦sesame seed/ 오이김치 '속 재료'를 만들어 볼께요. 멸치 액젓,다진마늘 등을 넣어잘 섞어주시면 됩니다(영상참조) 5.STUFF KIMICH FILLING -Stuff each cucumber with a portion of the Kimchi filling/ 각 각의 오이 속을 만들어 둔 재료로 채워두시면 끝!! #.세부시티투어코스(Cebu City Tour Course)- 세부 도교 사원 (Taoist Temple)   세부 라훅에 위치한 세부 도교 사원. 시 티투어 중 가장 많이 방문하는 장소로 직접 찾아가기에도 좋다.       *address : Dona Modesta Singson Gaisano,Cebu City,6015 Cebu   세부 시티 북쪽, 화교들이 모여 살고 있는 필리핀 고급 주택가인 베버리 힐스에 위치 (시내 중심에서는 약 6㎞ 떨어져 있음)     중국에서 볼 수 있을 법한 중국풍의 건물.  본당으로 향하는 99개의 계단 을 오르면,세부 시티와 막탄 섬의 전경이 한눈에 들어온다   도교 사원은 화교인들이 추앙하는 노자 를 모신 곳이다  오토바이 드라이버들이 모여있다.(가격 흥정이 가능하다 ) 세부 도교 사원 (Taoist Temple) 이 곳은 세부 베버리힐즈(beverly hills ) 내에 위치한 곳으로 이쁜집들이 많이 있어 구경하기 좋다. 중국인들이 많이 살고 있고, 대부분 상류층이다.    *이동 방법 :JY몰에서 택시보단 오토바이스를 타는 걸 추천.. 1人당, 10페소(peso)를 지불하면 도교사원까지 데려다 준다.  도착 후 돌아올시 근처에 드라이버 들이 많으니, 걱정 할 필요 없다.
