Today menu is whole radish kimchi a.k.a Chonggak-Kimchi ; Chonggak radish, also called ponytail radish, is a variety of white radish. It is a small radish with many fine roots; of which the entire plant, including the leaves and stems, is used in Korean cuisine. Whole or half-split young white radishes, with the leaves on, salted and mixed with red chili powder and seasonings.Simple and easy. You try, you will like me more   ๑'͡o_'͡o๑  *My Home Recipe in Korea/韓國料理 #youngradishkimchi #ミニ大根キムチ #嫩萝卜泡菜 ※Ingredients(재료) -Ponytail Radish/총각무 : 2kg -Coarse Salt/굵은소금 : 100g -Crushed Ginger/다진생강 : 1tbsp -Crushed Garlic/다진마늘 : 1tbsp -Sugar/설탕 : 1/2tbsp -Plum Liquid/매실액 : 1tbsp -Salted Shrimp/새우젓 : 2tbsp -Red pepper Powder/고춧가루 : 6tbsp -Water/물 : 100mL -Fish Sauce(anchovy)/멸치액젓 : 2tbsp ※Details 1.PONYTAIL RADISH,2KG ; TRIM/PEEL/CUT ⓐCut and peel,trim dead leaves off ; follow a scene above/ 총각무를 자르고 벗기고 다름어 주세요(영상참조) ⓑDivide ponytail radish in 4 parts/무를 4등분 해주셔요 2.WASH,SALT RADISH,2KG ONLY 1 HOUR ⓐWash off ponytail radish under the water/ 흐르는 물에 손질한 '무'를 깨끗히 씻어줍니다 ⓑA layer of radish sprinkles salt/잘 절여지도록 겹겹히 재료를 놓고 뿌려주세요 ⓒTotal 3 layers ; needed 33g of salt for each layer/ 저는 총 3번(33g) 정도를 층층히 뿌려줬어요 ⓓSalting radish only 1 hour/1시간 정도 절여주시면 됩니다. 3.RECIPE KIMCHI SEASONING ; ①crushed garlic②soy sauce③salted shrimp④crushed ginger⑤chili powder⑥sugar⑦plum juice⑧water/ 갖은 양념 '다진마늘', '간장' 등을 넣고 김치 양념을 준비해줘요 4.SEASONING & MIX KIMCHI ⓐAdd salted radish into bowl after wash 1 time/ 절인 무를 한 번 씻은 후 큰 대야에 담아 줍니다. ⓑPour the Kimchi seasoning/미리 만들어 둔 김치양념을 붓구요! ⓒMix well season to taste/양념이 잘 베이도록 섞어주시면 끝! #.세부시티투어코스(Cebu City Tour Course)- 세부 도교 사원 (Taoist Temple)   세부 라훅에 위치한 세부 도교 사원. 시 티투어 중 가장 많이 방문하는 장소로 직접 찾아가기에도 좋다.       *address : Dona Modesta Singson Gaisano,Cebu City,6015 Cebu   세부 시티 북쪽, 화교들이 모여 살고 있는 필리핀 고급 주택가인 베버리 힐스에 위치 (시내 중심에서는 약 6㎞ 떨어져 있음)     중국에서 볼 수 있을 법한 중국풍의 건물.  본당으로 향하는 99개의 계단 을 오르면,세부 시티와 막탄 섬의 전경이 한눈에 들어온다   도교 사원은 화교인들이 추앙하는 노자 를 모신 곳이다  오토바이 드라이버들이 모여있다.(가격 흥정이 가능하다 ) 세부 도교 사원 (Taoist Temple) 이 곳은 세부 베버리힐즈(beverly hills ) 내에 위치한 곳으로 이쁜집들이 많이 있어 구경하기 좋다. 중국인들이 많이 살고 있고, 대부분 상류층이다.    *이동 방법 :JY몰에서 택시보단 오토바이스를 타는 걸 추천.. 1人당, 10페소(peso)를 지불하면 도교사원까지 데려다 준다.  도착 후 돌아올시 근처에 드라이버 들이 많으니, 걱정 할 필요 없다.
