Next Thief! ૮(ꂧꁞꂧ)ა *My Home Recipe in Korea/韓國料理 #SteamedPerillaLeaf #깻잎찜 #芝麻叶 ※Ingredients(재료) -Perilla Leaf/깻잎 : 170g -Onion/양파 : 70g -Spring Onion/파 : 30g -Chili/고추 : 5 -Ground Sesame mixed with Salt/깨소금 : 1tbsp -Crushed Garlic/다진마늘 : 1tbsp -Red Pepper Powder/고춧가루 : 2tbsp -Water/물 : 150mL -Perilla Oil/들기름 : 1/2tbsp -Sugar/설탕 : 1tbsp -Soy Sauce/간장 : 150mL ※Details 1.PREPARING INGREDEINTS ⓐWash off perilla leaf 2times under the water/깻잎을 깨끗이 씻어두세요 ⓑPreparing vegetables ; ①spring onion②onion③chili/ 고추, 양파, 파를 준비해 둡니다. 2.MAKE A MARINADE ⓐAdd chopped ingredients in a bowl/잘게 썬 재료를 그릇에 넣구요! ⓑMake a marinade ; add ①water②soy sauce③ground sesame④crushed garlic⑤perilla oil⑥sugar⑦red chili powder and mix well/ 물, 간장 등을 넣어 양념장을 만들어 줍니다. 3.ADD MARINADE PERILLA LEAF -1st marinade into base and add marinade every 3 leaves/ 바닥에 양념장을 두룬 후, 매 3장마다 양념을 더해줍니다. 4.STEAMING MARINATED PERILLA LEAF/5분 정도 쪄주시면 요리완성!
