※Ingredients(재료)
-Baby Back Ribs/돼지등갈비 :1kg
-Pear/배 : 1
-Kiwi/키위 :1
-Onion/양파 : 100g
-Pineapple/파일애플 : 100g [opt]
-Pepper/후추 : a pinch of
-Crushed Garlic/다진마늘 : 1tbsp
-Sugar/설탕 : 2tbsp
-Soy Sauce/간장 : 3tbsp
-Water/물 : 300mL

1.PREPARING BACK RIBS/등갈비를 잘라 준비해주세요
2.WASHING BACK RIBS
-Please wash off back ribs under the water/흐르는 물에 잘 씻어 놓으세요
3.MAKE A MARINADE
ⓐPreparing ingredients ; ①kiwi②pear③onion/키위,배,양파를 잘라 준비해 두신 후
ⓑCombine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth/
믹서리를 넣고 갈아주세요.
ⓒYou can add 100g of pineapple as an option/파일애플 더 넣어 주시면 더 맛있어요
4.MARINATE THE MEAT
ⓐPlace the back ribs into bowl and add seasoning ; ①soy sauce ②pepper③sugar④crushed garlic/
씻은 갈비에 간장,후추,설탕,다진마늘을 더해주세요.
ⓑPour the marinade over the meat/만들어둔 양념장을 부어줍니다.
ⓒMarinate the meat for 30 minutes/30분 정도 양념에 재워둡니다.
5.BOILING BACK RIBS, 30 MINS
ⓐPlace the back ribs in a pot and pour the water/
양념된 등갈비를 넣고 물을 부어주세요.
ⓑYou can add vegetable to your preference; Potato,Carrot etc.,/
기호에 따라 감자,당근, 버섯등을 넣어주세요.
③Simmer for 30 minutes/30분 동안 푹 쪄주시면 끝!
