Simply, Shishito Pepper is cooked in flour, steamed in steamer, then cooked in marinade. This side dish is a local food of Yangsan County in Gyeongsangnam-do and it gushes up the appetite with the color and flavor of pepper. Frankly, Spicy food for foreigners. Happy Cooking-* *My Home Recipe in Korea/韓國料理 #꽈리고추찜 #SteamedShishitoPeppers #青唐辛子のコチュジャン和え物 ※Ingredients(재료) -Shishito Peppers/꽈리고추 : 300g -Flour/밀가루 :3tbsp -Sesame Oil/참기름 :1/2tbsp -Seasoning Salt/맛소금 :1/4tsp -Crushed Garlic/다진마늘 : 1/2tbsp -Soy Sauce/간장 : 1tbsp -Red Chili Powder/고춧가루 : 1/2tbsp -Water/물 ※Details 1.PREPARING SHISHITO PEPPER,300g -Please take out the tops for peppers/꽈리고추의 '꼭지'를 따 준비해둡니다. 2.WASHING SHISHITO PEPPER,300g -Wash off soiling on the surface under the water/흐르는 물에 가볍게 씻어 주세요. 3.MIX SHISHITO PEPPER & FLOUR -Pile pepper on top of the other and sprinkles flour/ 꽈리 고추를 쌓고 층층이 밀가루를 뿌려주세요 4.STEAM SHISHITO PEPPER & FLOUR -Then place into a boiling steamer, cover and steam until tender, about 5 minutes/끓는 짐통에 꽈리고추를 넣고 약 5분간 찌세요 5.SEASON THE SHISHITO PEPPER -Add seasoning ; ①soy sauce②seasoning salt③red chili powder④crushed garlic⑤ and and toss to combine/양념(영상참조)을 더한 뒤 잘 버무리면 요리 끝!
