고오급진 한국식 '규돈' 달달한 그 맛이 '一品料理' ꈍ﹃ꈍ    :::::: About 'Beef Bowl' :::::: Good Day-* Today menu is Korean style's beef bowl. It used to be known as Gyudon. Beef bowl, is a Japanese dish consisting of a bowl of rice topped with beef and onion simmered in a mildly sweet sauce flavored with dashi (fish and seaweed stock), soy sauce and mirim(sweet rice wine). A very popular food in Japan, it is commonly served with beni shōga (pickled ginger), shichimi (ground chili pepper), and a side dish of miso soup. Gyū is the prefix for anything cow-related, and don is short for donburi, the Japanese word for "bowl". Hope you to enjoy with my recipe-*  ･ᴥ･  *My Home Recipe in Korea/韓國料理 #Gyūdon #牛丼 #ぎゅうどん #牛肉盖饭 #쇠고기덮밥 ※Ingredients(재료) -Beef(Outside Flat)/불고기용 한우 : 300g -Cabbage/양배추 : 150g -Onion/양파 : 100g -Spring Onion/대파 : 50g -Carrot/당근 : 50g -Soy Sauce/간장 : 2tbsp -Crushed Garlic/다진마늘 : 1tbsp -Pepper/후추 : A pinch of -Sesame Oil/참기름 : 1tsp -Sugar/설탕 : 1tbsp -Salt/소금 : A pinch of -Starch/전분 : 1tsp -Water/물 : 50mL ※Details 1.MARINATE THE MEAT -Add seasoning ; ①soy sauce②crushed garlic③sugar④sesame oil⑤pepper and mix well/ 고기에 간장, 다진마늘 등을 넣어 양념을 더해주세요. 2.PREPARING VEGETABLES ; ①cabbage②carrot③onion④spring onion. Cutting good size in one bite/한입에 먹기 좋은 사이즈로 양배추,당근,양파, 파를 준비해주세요 3.STIR-FRIED INGREDIENTS ⓐStir-fry the marinated beef 1st.When the meat is half done,put the prepared ingredients in advance/고기를 볶아주세요. 고기가 절반 정도 익었을 때, 준비한 재료를 넣어줍니다. ⓑAdd seasoning ; ①soy sauce②crushed garlic③sugar④salt⑤sesame oil⑥starch water/ 양념을 더해주세요. 간장, 다진마늘, 전분물 등을 넣어 줍니다 ⓒStir until vegetable is wilted, about 1 minutes/야채의 숨이 죽을 때까지만 볶아주시면 완성! #.세부시티투어코스(Cebu City Tour Course)- 세부 도교 사원 (Taoist Temple)   세부 라훅에 위치한 세부 도교 사원. 시 티투어 중 가장 많이 방문하는 장소로 직접 찾아가기에도 좋다.       *address : Dona Modesta Singson Gaisano,Cebu City,6015 Cebu   세부 시티 북쪽, 화교들이 모여 살고 있는 필리핀 고급 주택가인 베버리 힐스에 위치 (시내 중심에서는 약 6㎞ 떨어져 있음)     중국에서 볼 수 있을 법한 중국풍의 건물.  본당으로 향하는 99개의 계단 을 오르면,세부 시티와 막탄 섬의 전경이 한눈에 들어온다   도교 사원은 화교인들이 추앙하는 노자 를 모신 곳이다  오토바이 드라이버들이 모여있다.(가격 흥정이 가능하다 ) 세부 도교 사원 (Taoist Temple) 이 곳은 세부 베버리힐즈(beverly hills ) 내에 위치한 곳으로 이쁜집들이 많이 있어 구경하기 좋다. 중국인들이 많이 살고 있고, 대부분 상류층이다.    *이동 방법 :JY몰에서 택시보단 오토바이스를 타는 걸 추천.. 1人당, 10페소(peso)를 지불하면 도교사원까지 데려다 준다.  도착 후 돌아올시 근처에 드라이버 들이 많으니, 걱정 할 필요 없다.
