This is a watery kimchi, similar to dongchimi in Korean cuisine. It is made of thinly sliced Korean radish and cabbage into a rectangular shape as main ingredients and salted them with mixed vegetables and spices such as cucumber, spring onions, garlic, red chilies, sugar, salt, and water. Not so difficult to cook! Happy Cooking!  (◕౪◕✿)  *My Home Recipe in Korea/韓國料理 #CabbageKimchi #キャベツの水キムチ #洋白菜泡菜 #양배추물김치 ※Ingredients(재료) -Cabbae/양배추 : 1.8kg -Potato/감자 : 3 -Onion/양파 : 1 -Spring Onion/잔파 : 30g -Red Chili/홍고추 : 10 -Cucumber/오이 : 1 -Radish/무 : 700g -Coarse Salt/굵은소금 : 3tbsp -Sugar/설탕 : 2tbsp -Crushed Garlic/다진마늘 : 1tbsp -Fish Sauce/액젓(멸치) : 4tbsp -Water/물 : 3 liter ※Details 1.PREPARING CABBAGE ⓐ1st,preparing the cabbage into bite size/ 한 입에 먹기 좋게 양배추를 잘라주세요. [Note] The following recipes are based on 1.8kg of cabbage for 20 persons/다음 레시피는 20분 기준입니다. ⓑRinse it out 2 times in cold water/손질한 양배추를 2번 정도 씻어줍니다. 2.PREPARING VEGETABLES ; ①cucumber②radish/ '오이','무'를 손질해 둡니다(영상참조) 3.SALT INGREDIENTS FOR 30 MINS ⓐA layer of cabbages sprinkles salt/소금이 잘 베이도록 층층히 뿌려줍니다. ⓑAdd seasoning ; ①sugar②fish sauce/'설탕','액젓'을 더해줍니다. ⓒAlso add remaining vegetables ; ①radish②cucumber/'무','오이'도 넣어주세요 ⓓSalt vegetables for 30 minutes/30분 정도 절여줍니다! 4.MAKE BOILED WATER BY POTATO(영상참조) 5.MAKE A SEASONING -Combine all ingredients ; ①onion②red chili in a blender and blend until smooth/ 양파,고추를 믹서기에 갈아주세요. 6.MIX KIMCHI SEASONING ⓐPour the boiled water by potato and seasoning/미리 만들어 둔 감자 끓인 물을 부은 후 ⓑadd seasoning also/양념을 같이 넣어주세요. ⓒKeep on room temp 21℃ for 24 hours/실온에서 24시간 정도 둔 뒤 드시면 됩니다 ^^ Easy cook with MYHOMEREICPE (づ｡◕‿‿◕｡)づ ※Contact : labemolon82@gmail.com

#.세부시티투어코스(Cebu City Tour Course)- 세부 도교 사원 (Taoist Temple)   세부 라훅에 위치한 세부 도교 사원. 시 티투어 중 가장 많이 방문하는 장소로 직접 찾아가기에도 좋다.       *address : Dona Modesta Singson Gaisano,Cebu City,6015 Cebu   세부 시티 북쪽, 화교들이 모여 살고 있는 필리핀 고급 주택가인 베버리 힐스에 위치 (시내 중심에서는 약 6㎞ 떨어져 있음)     중국에서 볼 수 있을 법한 중국풍의 건물.  본당으로 향하는 99개의 계단 을 오르면,세부 시티와 막탄 섬의 전경이 한눈에 들어온다   도교 사원은 화교인들이 추앙하는 노자 를 모신 곳이다  오토바이 드라이버들이 모여있다.(가격 흥정이 가능하다 ) 세부 도교 사원 (Taoist Temple) 이 곳은 세부 베버리힐즈(beverly hills ) 내에 위치한 곳으로 이쁜집들이 많이 있어 구경하기 좋다. 중국인들이 많이 살고 있고, 대부분 상류층이다.    *이동 방법 :JY몰에서 택시보단 오토바이스를 타는 걸 추천.. 1人당, 10페소(peso)를 지불하면 도교사원까지 데려다 준다.  도착 후 돌아올시 근처에 드라이버 들이 많으니, 걱정 할 필요 없다.
