After try, you will like me more ( °ټ°) *My Home Recipe in Korea/韓國料理 #涼拌蘿蔔乾 #干し大根の和え物 #무말랭이무침 #SeasonedDriedRadish ※Ingredients(재료) -Dried Radish/무말랭이 : 150g -Green Onion/잔파 : 30g -Red Chili Powder/고춧가루 : 6tbsp -Crushed Garlic/다진마늘 : 1tbsp -Fish Sauce/(멸치)액젓 : 3tbsp -Starch Syrup/물엿 : 2tbsp -Sugar/설탕 : 1tbsp -Sesame Seed/통깨 : 2tbsp -Plum Juice/매실액 : 3tbsp ※Details 1.SOAK DRIED RADISH IN WATER FOR 30 MINS/ 30분정도 무말랭이를 찬물에 불려주세요 2.WASH DRIED RADISH -Rinse it out 2~3 times in cold water and drain well/ 찬물에 2회 정도 씻은 후 물기를 빼줍니다 3.SEASON THE DRIED-RADISH ⓐAdd seasoning ; ①fish sauce②crushed garlic③plum juice④sugar⑤chili powder⑥sesame seeds⑦oligosaccharide/ 양념을 더해줍니다.다진마늘, 매실액, 올리고당 등을 넣어주세요 ⓑMix well and season to taste/간이 잘 베이도록 무쳐주세요 ⓒEnd with spring onion/파를 넣고 마무리하면 반찬 완성!
