:::::: About 'Beef Brisket Soup' ::::::
Hi.My Subscribers! This dish is made by boiling cow leg bones to make a clear broth. The bones are then removed, and the beef brisket is thinly sliced from the bone.
Rice is added to the broth, topped with slices of beef brisket, and served with 'kkakdugi'(diced radish kimchi). but today, I cooked to use only meat instead of bone to make it simple at home. Really tasty good.

※Ingredients(재료)
-Brisket and Flank/소고기양지 : 350g
-Bracken/고사리 : 250g
-Bean Sprouts/콩나물 : 400g
-Oyster Mushroom/느타리버섯 :350g
-Spring Onion/대파 : 200g
-Sesame Oil/참기름 : 1tbsp
-Crushed Garlic/다진마늘 : 2tbsp
-Soy Sauce/간장 : 2tbsp
-Sugar/설탕 : 1/2tbsp
-Dried Anchovy/마른멸치(육수용) :60g
-Radish/무 : 230g
-Salt/소금 : 1/2tbsp
-Water/물 : 1liter
-Red Chili Powder/고춧가루 : 2tbsp
-Kelp/다시마 : 15g
-Dried Prawn/건새우 : 10g

고사리,대파,소고기양지를 잘라 준비해주세요
3.BOILING BRISKET SOUP
ⓐPut sesame-oil in a pot and stir-fry meat 1st/참기름을 두른 후 고기를 볶아줍니다
ⓑPour the anchovy kelp broth so the bottom does not burn/
타지 않도록 멸치육수를 조금 부워주세요
ⓒAdd bean sprout and pouring broth more/콩나물을 더한 뒤 육수를 충분히 부워줍니다
ⓓPut remaining ingredients ①oyster mushroom②bracken③water④spring onion/
느타리버섯,고사리,물,대파를 더해주시구요
ⓔAdd seasoning ; ①salt②crushed garlic③red chili powder④soy sauce⑤sugar and boiling for 20 minutes/
