Happy Cooking-* *My Home Recipe in Korea/韓國料理 #StirFriedSeaweedStems #ミヨッジュルゴリムチム #裙带菜茎 #미역줄기볶음 ※Ingredients(재료) -Seaweed Stems/미역줄기 : 500g -Onion/양파 : 120g -Spring Onion/잔파 : 40g -Chili/고추 : 1 -Cooking Oil/식용유 : 1tbsp -Crushed Garlic/다진마늘 : 1tbsp -Sesame-Oil/참기름 : 1tbsp -Sugar/설탕 : 1tbsp -Sesame Seed/통깨 : 1tsp ※Details 1.WASH SEAWEED STEMS ⓐWash Seaweed stems 2 times in cold water/'미역줄기'를 찬물에 깨끗히 씻어주세요 ⓑSoak in water for 30 minutes/30분 정도 불려놓아요. ⓒSqueeze and drain it after rinsing/이 후 물기를 꽉 쫘 놓으세요. 2.PREPARING INGREDIENTS ; ①onion②spring onion③chili④seaweed stems/ 재료를 준비해주세요. 양파,파,고추,미역줄기를 먹기 좋은 사이즈롤 썰어주세요. 3.STIR-FRIED INGREDIENTS ⓐPut cooking oil in the frying pan/식용유를 팬에 둘리주세요 ⓑStir-fry seaweed stems 1st/미역줄기를 먼저 볶아줍니다 ⓒAdd crushed garlic and place remaining ingredients ; ①onion②spring onion③chili in a pan/다진마늘을 넣은 후 남은 재료를 넣어 볶아줍니다 ⓓEnd with sugar, sesame oil.
