As you know, spaghetti alle vongole, Italian for spaghetti with clams, is a dish that is very popular throughout Italy, especially in Campania. Palourde, or carpet-shell clams, vongola verace, are used; or the small, Mediterranean Wedge Shell, also known as the Tellina or "bean clam". Both types are also called arselle in Liguria and Tuscany. In America small cherrystone clams may be substituted. Easy cook at your home.  •'-'•)و✧  *My Home Recipe in Korea/韓國料理 #ボンゴレ #봉골레파스타 #蛤蜊義大利麵 ※Ingredients/재료(For 2 Persons) -Spaghetti Noodle/스파게티면 : 160g -Clam/바지락 : 500g -Mini Oyster Mushroom/미니새송이버섯 : 60g -Chili/고추 : 2 -Sliced Garlic/마늘 : 40g -Olive Oil/올리브오일 : 1tbsp -Salt/소금 : A Pinch of -Refined Rice Wine : 1tbsp ※Details 1.WASHING INGREDIENTS -Wash Off mini oyster mushroom,garlic and chili under the water/ 미니새송이,마늘,고추 등을 씻어 놓으세요. 2.SLICING INGREDIENTS ; ①garlic②oyster mushroom③chili/ 씻어 놓은 재료를 채썰어 준비합니다 3.BOIL THE PASTA ⓐAdd salt and put the pasta in hot water/소금을 넣은 뒤 파스타면을 끓는 물에 넣어줍니다 ⓑCover and boiling until barley is tender/면이 잘 익을 때 까지 기다려주세요 [Tips]Throw pasta on the wall to see if it is ready/벽에 던져 잘 달라 붙으면 준비가 되었어요 ⓒDrain water and add 1/2 tbsp of olive oil/삶은 면을 체에걸러 물기를 빼고, 올리브 오일을 첨가해줍니다 4.STIR FRY PASTA ⓐPut olive oil in the frying pan/올리브 오일을 둘러주셔요 ⓑAdd prepared ingredients after stir-fry garlic/마늘을 먼저 볶은 후 준비한 재료를 모두 넣어줍니다 ⓒPour clam and add refined rice wine/바지락을 넣고 청주를 넣어주세요 ⓓCook until you start to hear clams open , add cooked pasta/ 바지락이 입을 벌리기 시작할 때, 면을 넣어주시면 요리가 완성되요!
