When the edges harden, flip the egg/ '약불'에 조리해주셔요.가장 자리가 단단하게 익으면, 지단을 뒤집어 줍니다 ⓒCut fried-egg into thin strips/지단을 얇게 썰어주세요 3.BOILING GLASS NOODLES -Put glass noodles in boiling water for 10 minutes.
