달달한 한국식 '갈비구이' 집들이음식으로 그만이에요  (・ิω・)ノิิ  :::::: About 'LA Galbi gui' :::::: Hi.My Subscribers! Today menu is 'LA-GALBI GUI'. Galbi are often featured in Korean barbecue. Traditionally, 'galbi' is cut to expose one smooth bone along the short edge with the meat uniformly filleted in flat layers. An alternative cut, "LA galbi", features cut bones peeking out along the long edge. The method was developed by Korean immigrants in Los Angeles to accommodate the thinner rib-eye cut preferred by American butchers. The variation, which enables the marinade to penetrate the meat faster, has since made its way back to South Korea. Enjoy with my Recipe *My Home Recipe in Korea/韓國料理 #LAgalbigui #エレイガルビグイ #la排骨 ※Ingredients/재료 -Beef(Short Rips)/LA갈비 : 2 kg -Pear/배 : 1 -Kiwi/키위 : 1 -Onion/양파 : 100g -Pineapple[opt] : 100g -Soy Sauce/간장 : 120 mL -Crushed Garlic/다진마늘 : 1 tbsp -Sugar/설탕 : 3 tbsp -Sesame-Oil/참기름 : 1 tbsp -Pepper/후추 : A pinch of pepper ※Details 1.REMOVE BLOOD FROM BEEF -Need to remove blood from beef.Wash off short rips under the water/먼저 핏기 제거를 위해 고기를 깨끗이 씻어주세요 2.MAKE A MARINADE ; ⓐPreparing ingredients ; ①kiwi②pear③onion/키위,배,양파를 잘라 준비해 두신 후 ⓑCombine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth/ 믹서리를 넣고 갈아주세요. ⓒYou can add 100g of pineapple as an option/파일애플 넣으셔도 좋아요. 육질이 야들야들해진답니다 3.MARINATE THE MEAT ⓐPour the marinade over the meat/준비한 양념장을 고기에 부워주시구요 ⓑAdd seasoning ; ①soy sauce②sugar③crushed garlic④pepper⑤sesame oil/ '간장','설탕' 등을 넣어 양념을 더해줍니다. ⓒPlease marinate the meat for 1 hours/고기를 1시간 정도 재워두세요 4.ROASTING LA GALBI/노릇노릇하게 잘 구워주시면 완 ! 성 ! #.세부시티투어코스(Cebu City Tour Course)- 세부 도교 사원 (Taoist Temple)   세부 라훅에 위치한 세부 도교 사원. 시 티투어 중 가장 많이 방문하는 장소로 직접 찾아가기에도 좋다.       *address : Dona Modesta Singson Gaisano,Cebu City,6015 Cebu   세부 시티 북쪽, 화교들이 모여 살고 있는 필리핀 고급 주택가인 베버리 힐스에 위치 (시내 중심에서는 약 6㎞ 떨어져 있음)     중국에서 볼 수 있을 법한 중국풍의 건물.  본당으로 향하는 99개의 계단 을 오르면,세부 시티와 막탄 섬의 전경이 한눈에 들어온다   도교 사원은 화교인들이 추앙하는 노자 를 모신 곳이다  오토바이 드라이버들이 모여있다.(가격 흥정이 가능하다 ) 세부 도교 사원 (Taoist Temple) 이 곳은 세부 베버리힐즈(beverly hills ) 내에 위치한 곳으로 이쁜집들이 많이 있어 구경하기 좋다. 중국인들이 많이 살고 있고, 대부분 상류층이다.    *이동 방법 :JY몰에서 택시보단 오토바이스를 타는 걸 추천.. 1人당, 10페소(peso)를 지불하면 도교사원까지 데려다 준다.  도착 후 돌아올시 근처에 드라이버 들이 많으니, 걱정 할 필요 없다.
