Hi.My Subscribers~! I'm going to show you how to make a rolled omelet A.K.A Gyeran-mari. 'Gyeran-mari' is very famous side-dish in Korea. Eggs mixed with chopped green onions, carrots, and onions, fried and rolled up. It goes very well with liquor and is good as a snack!!

-Egg/달걀 : 6
-Spring Onion/대파 : 20 g
-Dried Laver/김 : 1
-Carrot/당근 : 25 g
-Sugar/설탕 : 2 tsp
-Salt/소금 : 1/2 tbsp
-Cooking Oil/식용유 : 1/2 tbsp

1.Preparing Vegetables ; ①spring onion②carrot/'파','당근'을 썰어두셔요
2.BEAT THE EGG
-Beat in egg,then salt,sugar little/계란을 풀고 '설탕'과 '소금'을 조금 첨가해줍니다
3.FRIED ROLLED OMELET
ⓐPut the prepared ingredients and mix well/준비해둔 재료를 섞어 잘 섞어주세요 ⓑPut cooking oil in the frying pan. Cook over low heat/식용유를 두른 후 불은 '약불'로 두세요 ⓒWhen the edges harden,flip the egg after pouring mixture/ 가장 자리가 단단해 지면, 달걀을 천천히 뒤집어 줍니다
