The mixture is cooked over a grill with an assortment of vegetables and mushrooms. The squid taste complements the tender fatback, and the dish is known for its texture. Really taste good with rice Hope you to enjoy with my recipe   (ʃƪ ˘ ³˘)  (´ε｀ ʃƪ)♡  *My Home Recipe in Korea/韓國料理 #炒魷魚五花肉 #イカとサムギョプサルのプルコギ #SquidPorkBellyBulgogi ※Ingredients(재료) -Squid/오징어 : 2 -Pork Belly/돼지고기 불고기용 : 750 g -Spring onions/대파 : 70 g -Shiitake mushroom/표고 : 50 g -Onion/양파 : 150 g -Carrot/당근 : 10 g -Red pepper paste/고추장 : 1 tbsp -Crushed Garlic/다진마늘 : 1 tbsp -Sugar/설탕 : 1/2 tbsp+1 tbsp -Chili powder/고춧가루 : 2 tbsp -Japanese soy sauce/왜간장 : 2 tbsp -Pepper/후추 : A pinch of pepper -Soy Sauce/간장 : 1 tbsp ※Details 1.CLEAN SQUID(영상참고부탁드려요.!) -Wash squid. Remove entrails/오징어를 씻어주세요.먼저 '내장'을 제거해줍니다 2.PREPARING INGREDIENTS ; ①mushroom②onion③spring onion④squid⑤carrot/ '버섯','양파' 등 재료를 썰어 준비해두셔요 3.MAKE SEASONING -Place pork belly into bowl and add seasoning ; ①japanese soy sauce②Korean soy sauce③sugar④crushed garlic⑤red pepper paste⑥pepper⑦chili powder⑧squid and mix well season to taste/돼지고기에 양념을 더해주세요. '왜간장','설탕'등을 넣고 양념이 잘 베이도록 버무려줍니다. 손질한 오징어도 넣어주셔야 해요! 4.STIR FRY ALL INGREDIENTS ⓐStir-fry marinated squid&pork belly/양념한 '오징어','돼지고기'를 볶아주셔요 ⓑPut all vegetables ; ①onion②spring onion③mushroom④carrot, cook vegetable untill completely done/손질한 채소를 넣고 익을 때까지 볶아주시면 완! 성! #.세부시티투어코스(Cebu City Tour Course)- 세부 도교 사원 (Taoist Temple)   세부 라훅에 위치한 세부 도교 사원. 시 티투어 중 가장 많이 방문하는 장소로 직접 찾아가기에도 좋다.       *address : Dona Modesta Singson Gaisano,Cebu City,6015 Cebu   세부 시티 북쪽, 화교들이 모여 살고 있는 필리핀 고급 주택가인 베버리 힐스에 위치 (시내 중심에서는 약 6㎞ 떨어져 있음)     중국에서 볼 수 있을 법한 중국풍의 건물.  본당으로 향하는 99개의 계단 을 오르면,세부 시티와 막탄 섬의 전경이 한눈에 들어온다   도교 사원은 화교인들이 추앙하는 노자 를 모신 곳이다  오토바이 드라이버들이 모여있다.(가격 흥정이 가능하다 ) 세부 도교 사원 (Taoist Temple) 이 곳은 세부 베버리힐즈(beverly hills ) 내에 위치한 곳으로 이쁜집들이 많이 있어 구경하기 좋다. 중국인들이 많이 살고 있고, 대부분 상류층이다.    *이동 방법 :JY몰에서 택시보단 오토바이스를 타는 걸 추천.. 1人당, 10페소(peso)를 지불하면 도교사원까지 데려다 준다.  도착 후 돌아올시 근처에 드라이버 들이 많으니, 걱정 할 필요 없다.
