It is also a versatile ingredient that can make delicious meals such as bibimbap,cold noodles etc., *My Home Recipe in Korea/韓國料理 #YoungRadishWateryKimchi#ムルギムチ #小萝卜水泡菜 #하얀열무물김치 ※Ingredients(재료) -Young Radish/열무 : 250g -Flour/밀가루 : 2tbsp -Onion/양파 : 100g -Chili/고추 : 2pcs -Crushed Ginger/생강 : 1/2tsp -Crushed Garlic/다진마늘 : 1/2tbsp -Coarse Salt/굵은소금 : 100g -New Sugar/뉴슈가 : 1/4tsp ※Details 1.PREPARING INGREDIENTS -Preparing ingredients. Trim dead leaves off/열무의 시든 잎을 다듬어주세요 [Note]The following recipes are based on 250g of Young Radish for 20 person/ 다음 레시피는 20인분 기준입니다 2.WASHING YOUNG RADISH LEAVES ⓐWash off soiling on the surface under the water/표면의 흙,먼지등을 흐르는 물에 씻어줍니다 ⓑRinse it out 2~3 times in cold water/2회 정도 반복해 씻어주세요. 3.SALT YOUNG RADISH ONLY 1 HOUR ⓐA layer of vegetables sprinkles salt/소금을 층층히 뿌려주시구요 ⓑSalting for 1 hour/한 시간 정도 절여 줍니다. 4.MAKE GLUE PASTE BY FLOUR ⓐPour the water with flour and mix well/밀가루에 물을 더해주세요 ⓑAdd 'water with flour' in hot water/'앞 '서 준비한 '밀가루 +물'을 뜨거운 물에 첨가해요 ⓒStir often so the bottom does not burn/바닥이 타지 않도록 자주 저여주세요. ⓓLet hot 'glue paste by flour' cold/끓인 '풀' 물을 식혀둡니다. 5.RINSE SALTED YOUNG RADISH/절여 둔 열무를 다시 씻어두셔요 6.SEASONING AND MIX KIMCHI ⓐPreparing ingredients ; ①chili②onion/'고추','양파'를 썰어 준비해 줍니다 ⓑPour the 'glue starch by flour' that we made in advance and Add onion,chili/ 미리 만들어 식혀 둔 풀물을 붓고, 양파와 고추를 더 합니다. ⓒAdd seasoning ; ①crushed garlic②crushed ginger③new sugar④coarse salt/다진 마늘 등을 넣어 양념을 더 해 완성!
