1.Prepare vegetables as your preference. 2.It doesnt't matter if you dont have. 3.Chop the mushrooms after macerated. 4.SEASON WITH SALT AND SUGAR 5.To prepare the overflow, it is better to fill up to 80% of the container 6.BOILING AND TOPING 7.When the eggs begin to get lumpy, simmer over low heat. And cover with a container until you smell burning.
