It is a traditional Korean dish eaten during the celebration of the Korean New Year. Because it is believed to grant the consumer good luck for the year and gain a year of age. The dish consists of the broth/soup with thinly sliced rice cakes. It is usually garnished with thin julienned cooked eggs, marinated meat, and dried laver. Easy&Simple  ◕`ε´◕  *My Home Recipe in Korea/韓國料理 #Ricecakesoup #トックク #年糕汤 #떡국만들기 ※Ingredients(재료) -Rice cake/떡 : 360 g -Minced Meat/다진고기 : 90 g -Egg/달걀 : 2 -Soy Sauce/간장 : 1/2 tbsp -Sesame Oil/참기름 : 1/2 tbsp -Kelp/다시마 : 15 g -Dried Prawn/마른새우 : 10 g -Dried Anchovy/마른멸치 : 60 g -Radish/무 : 230 g -Water/물 : 3 liter -Cooking Oil/식용유 : 1/2 tbsp -Salt/소금 ※Details 1.MAKE ANCHOVY MEAT BROTH/멸치육수내기(영상참조부탁드려요.!) 2.PREPARING INGREDIENTS ⓐSoak rice cake in water/떡국 '떡'을 물에 불려주세요 ⓑMarinate minced beef ; add ①sesame oil②soy sauce, mix well season to taste/ 다진소고기를 양념해줍니다, '참기름'과 '간장'을 넣어 버무려주세요 3.MAKE A GARNISH #1 MINCED MEAT -Stir fry marinated beef in cooking oil/양념한 다진고기를 식용유에 볶아요 4.MAKE A GARNISH #2 EGG ⓐBeat in egg,then salt little/ '소금'을 조금 넣고 달걀을 풀어주세요 ⓑPouring egg mixture in a pan ; cook over low heat. When the edges harden, flip the egg/ '약불'에 조리해주셔요.가장 자리가 단단하게 익으면, 달걀 '지단'을 뒤집어 줍니다 ⓒCut fried-egg into thin strips/얇게 썰어주세요 5.BOILING RICE CAKE WITH BROTH ⓐPour the anchovy broth that we made in advance/만들어 논 '육수'를 부어주세요 ⓑAdd soaked rice cake in boiling water/불린 '떡'을 끓는 물에 넣어줍니다 6.ADD GARNISH,RICE CAKE SOUP -Garnish with thin julienned cooked eggs, marinated meat, and dried laver/ '지단','볶은소고기','김'을 올려 마무리 하면 끝! #.세부시티투어코스(Cebu City Tour Course)- 세부 도교 사원 (Taoist Temple)   세부 라훅에 위치한 세부 도교 사원. 시 티투어 중 가장 많이 방문하는 장소로 직접 찾아가기에도 좋다.       *address : Dona Modesta Singson Gaisano,Cebu City,6015 Cebu   세부 시티 북쪽, 화교들이 모여 살고 있는 필리핀 고급 주택가인 베버리 힐스에 위치 (시내 중심에서는 약 6㎞ 떨어져 있음)     중국에서 볼 수 있을 법한 중국풍의 건물.  본당으로 향하는 99개의 계단 을 오르면,세부 시티와 막탄 섬의 전경이 한눈에 들어온다   도교 사원은 화교인들이 추앙하는 노자 를 모신 곳이다  오토바이 드라이버들이 모여있다.(가격 흥정이 가능하다 ) 세부 도교 사원 (Taoist Temple) 이 곳은 세부 베버리힐즈(beverly hills ) 내에 위치한 곳으로 이쁜집들이 많이 있어 구경하기 좋다. 중국인들이 많이 살고 있고, 대부분 상류층이다.    *이동 방법 :JY몰에서 택시보단 오토바이스를 타는 걸 추천.. 1人당, 10페소(peso)를 지불하면 도교사원까지 데려다 준다.  도착 후 돌아올시 근처에 드라이버 들이 많으니, 걱정 할 필요 없다.
